PCE-CT 65 Coating Thickness Gauge
The PCE-CT 65 is a coating thickness gauge that uses magnetic (metallic) or eddy current (non-ferrous) induction to perform non-destructive measurements of coating thickness and dry film (DFT) on substrates. metals such as steel and aluminum. This sensor gauge is ideal for testing painted and powder-coated surfaces, automotive paint inspection, coated material inspection and manufacturing quality control applications.
The easy-to-use, PC-compatible downloadable software included with this thickness gauge allows detailed analysis of the measurement results via a computer. The measured values are displayed in the table and different working modes can be selected for data filtering. Statistics include maximum, minimum and average values for each workgroup. Statistics can be divided into ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The software also counts the number of readings that have been stored in each material group.For more details, please refer to the user manual.
