The PCE-MA 200 moisture analyzer is designed to weigh various materials and determine their moisture content accurately. It features a heating chamber, heated by halogen lamps, which can reach temperatures up to 199 °C. In this chamber, the material is dried, and the analyzer calculates the moisture content based on the difference in weight before and after drying. With a readability of 0.001 g, the PCE-MA 200 is capable of detecting even the smallest weight variations, ensuring precise moisture measurements.

The results are shown on a large LCD display for easy viewing. The moisture analyzer can store up to 15 different drying programs in its memory, making it versatile for quality control in various applications such as wood products, granules, pellets, feed, food, pastes, and more. Additionally, the device comes with a 100 g calibration weight, allowing for calibration at any time to ensure accuracy.
