The Testo 816-1 premium sound level meter is ideal for conducting noise measurements, particularly in environments that do not require compliance with IEC 61672-1 Class 2 and ANSI S1.4 Type 2 standards. It is well-suited for measuring noise levels in workplaces, public spaces, industrial areas, and manufacturing sites.

In addition to all the features of its smaller counterpart, , the Testo 816-1 also boasts a built-in data logger capable of storing up to 31,000 readings, and comes with specialized PC software for enhanced functionality.
