The Extech CO260 is designed for monitoring indoor air quality by measuring carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) levels, which can impact the health and safety of people and pets at high concentrations. It's suitable for use in schools, offices, greenhouses, factories, hotels, hospitals, transportation hubs, and other places where elevated CO2 levels may occur. In addition to CO and CO2, the CO260 tracks air temperature and relative humidity, and it calculates dew point and wet bulb temperatures. It offers data logging capabilities, allowing manual storage of up to 99 readings in its internal memory or continuous recording of up to 32,000 readings with the provided software.
