Megger DET3TC Earth Resistance Tester
Introduction of Megger DET3TC
You may perform a wide range of earth testing techniques with the Megger DET3TC, including 2-pole, 3-pole, no disconnect testing (ART), resistance, and voltage. The Megger DET3TC automatically checks and shows the attached C and P spikes' state throughout test processes. It also automatically checks for noise and compensates for it by rejecting noise that is between 40V peak to peak. The device can measure earth voltage between 0 and 100 volts AC with an accuracy of 2% of a volt.
To avoid the need to detach, this instrument requires the installation of an optional clamp (separately supplied) around the ground rod connection. A big test button integrated into the device allows for safe and convenient test initiation even when wearing gloves, and a wide rotary dial facilitates easy selection of all test protocols.
