Pricing and Payment
Payment is accepted by deposit to our bank account and by issuing a check. Please contact us for more information and to receive our bank account details.
Limitation of Liability
The Seller will have no liability for damage in transit, shortage of delivery, or loss of Goods unless the Buyer gives the Seller written notice of such damage, shortage, or loss with reasonable particulars within 3 days of receipt of the Goods (or in the case of total loss, receipt of the invoice or dispatch notification).

Repairs & Replacements: The Seller’s liability shall be limited to replacing or (at its discretion) repairing such Goods. The Buyer must provide authority for the Seller’s agents to inspect any damaged Goods within 14 days of a request.

Consequential Loss: The Seller will have no liability for any consequential loss arising out of any damage in transit, shortage of delivery, or loss of Goods.

Statutory Rights: All Goods sold by the Seller are supplied with the benefit of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Subject thereto, all other conditions, warranties, and terms (express or implied, statutory or otherwise) are expressly excluded, save as contained herein or expressly agreed in writing.
Delivery Policy
The Company may use any method of delivery available to it and reserves the right to arrange the delivery of the Goods directly from the local office to the customer. We reserve the right to delay dispatch for a number of reasons, including to perform necessary credit or anti-fraud checks or to ensure that payment has cleared in full. Risk and Ownership of Goods
Save in the case of International Supply Contracts, the risk in Goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery, the date the Goods are ready for delivery, or when delivery is postponed at the Buyer’s request (whichever occurs first).
All other goods shall be at the Buyer’s sole risk at all times. The Seller shall not be liable for any loss of or damage sustained by any goods left with the Seller howsoever caused.
Promotions
In the event that the Company sends promotional material to the Customer in relation to goods or services available from the Company, these Conditions shall apply to all Supplies purchased from such material.
Account Termination
Uazon may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your uazon.com account, you may simply discontinue using the Website. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
