Terms of Service

Welcome to Uazon.ae. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Uazon.ae website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on Uazon.ae, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

 

1. General Conditions and Acceptance

  • Eligibility: By using this Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Minors may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

  • Service Availability: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our store.

  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

3. Communications and Notifications

Consent to Receive Notifications: By accepting these Terms and Conditions and using our Platform, you expressly consent to receive electronic communications, alerts, and notifications from Uazon.ae.

  • Types of Notifications: These communications may be delivered via email, SMS, mobile push notifications, or notices posted directly on the Platform. They include, but are not limited to, account verification, order confirmations, delivery updates, security alerts, and promotional or marketing offers.

  • Legal Equivalence: You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

  • Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving promotional and marketing notifications at any time by utilizing the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or updating your account settings. However, you acknowledge that you cannot opt out of essential transactional notifications (such as order receipts or account security alerts).

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, images, or other content on the Platform are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

  • Pricing & VAT: All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate governed by UAE law, unless otherwise stated.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time.

  • Errors and Omissions: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

5. Orders, Payments, and Billing

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) utilized in connection with any transaction.

     

  • Fraud Prevention: All transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

     

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Delivery Estimates: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

  • Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Uazon.ae pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

  • Customs and Duties: For any international shipments, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on the Platform—such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of Uazon.ae or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not extract, systematically scrape, reproduce, or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on our Platform without our express written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, ideas, or other content ("User Content"):

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

  • You represent that your User Content is accurate, does not violate these Terms, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

IMPORTANT: This section limits our legal liability to you. Please read carefully.

  • "AS IS" Basis: The Platform and all products and services delivered to you through the Platform are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

  • Limitation of Damages: In no case shall Uazon.ae, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or loss of data, arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service.

  • Maximum Liability: Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Uazon.ae, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

  • Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
